These Terms govern your use of ParliAI, provided by ElaronWorks sp. z o.o. ("ElaronWorks", "we", "us"), ul. Kalwaryjska 69/9, 30-504 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001207366, NIP 6793349283, REGON 54333337900000. By accessing or using ParliAI, you agree to these Terms.
If you use ParliAI on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
ParliAI is an AI council decision-support service. Multiple language models produce proposals and votes, and the service presents a recommendation. Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate.
You remain responsible for all decisions you make using the service, including legal, financial, medical, employment, and safety-critical decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ParliAI.
You must provide accurate account details and keep access credentials secure.
You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, reverse engineer the platform, disrupt operations, or submit malicious code.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits represent usage allowance and may expire at the end of each billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
You can cancel renewal at any time from subscription settings. Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you are an EU consumer, statutory rights (including mandatory withdrawal and non-conformity rights where applicable) are not limited by these Terms.
You retain rights to prompts and input you submit. Subject to law and third-party model provider terms, we assign to you our rights in generated output.
You grant us a limited license to process input and output to operate, secure, and improve ParliAI.
You are responsible for verifying whether output can be used in your context and whether third-party rights may apply.
As of this version, ParliAI does not support file uploads, persistent memory of past chats, or public sharing of decisions. Future features may be introduced under updated terms and notices.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or service quality. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParliAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or security incidents.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
